Anyways I've seen lots of journals with this subject in them, how they'll pin point a certain deviant for art theft which is bad in a whole but they shouldn't be subjected to thousands of flames...the person that has found the theft should just report the person quietly and not make such a fuss and if they need to do it join a club that focuses on that, don't start a flame war because what is that going to do in the end nothing really, the accused could just block you. Or just ignore you.
But think on the accused side:
Don't you think that they feel hurt from all the flames that they are getting? If you don't well thats your choice but everyone is human. Also think of the persons age, if they are young tell them nicely or don't comment at all and just report them quietly.
Look flame me for saying this but I need to get my feelings on the subject out, hate me or like me its up to you.
If you feel the same way or would like more people to read this view of mine spread it around by all means.
Overall,
Don't start a flame war
Do report quietly deviant staff will settle the matter

However I agree that they shouldn't be flamed at all. They should be told nicely that they stoled it and will be reported for it. There are a few people out there that don't know what they do is stealing and will take it down if they are told.
The thief is pinpointed so that they will get kicked off the site sooner and more people will report them and because they indeed need to get stigmatized as a thief. It's like if you steal from wal-mart or another store like that, you will most likely be made to stand outside with a sigh saying that you shoplifted from there. -That's one of the punishments for shoplifting around here.
Most of the people posted upon people's journals are multiple art thieves and indeed knows that they are stealing and deserve to be known as such. Its a warning to other artist to keep away from the person as well.
I have a strong feeling on that since I've gotten poems, fanfics, and stories stolen before.

It's not how good a piece is that determines whether it's good or not; it's the heart and passion that one puts into it. I would rather see art that's not so good but full of heart than a piece that is amazing but was considered a burden for the creator.
Flame wars are bad aren't they?

Flames aren't nice at all wether it be a review/comment or someone just saying Theif Theif and not really saying anything nice or explaining why they should take it down.
True...really you have to stand in front of the shop with a sign that seems...light? I don't know any shoplifting punishments in Australia
That is a good way to tell
People stole your art!
I agree with your opinion all in all and it is a great one! Thankyou for your insightful comment!!

Yes, someone tried to pass my royai fiction off as their own. It was pathetic because they tried to pass off my most popular fiction as theirs and people knew better. They were corporative in taking it down though.
Your welcome. I like discussions where I can give opinions.
